David has over twenty years experience in the property industry. David initially worked in real estate agency practice and since graduation from the University of Western Sydney (Hawkesbury) with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1997 he has worked exclusively within the valuation industry.

In recent years David has developed a speciality in the provision of expert evidence and regularly appears as an expert witness before the Land and Environment Court of NSW. David provides advice in relation to acquisition/resumption matters and land valuation objections to both Government and private clientele.

Experience
Dennis has more than fifteen years experience in the property industry. Dennis commenced his career in the property valuation industry at Field & City Valuations in the Hawkesbury District of NSW. In 2007, Dennis joined the Extractive Industry and Waste Management Team at Colliers International Consultancy & Valuation Pty Ltd and in 2011, Dennis was promoted to Manager of the Colliers International Penrith Valuation Office. In 2012, Dennis joined Lunney Watt & Associates Pty Ltd as a Senior/Specialist Valuer.
Dennis is a Registered Valuer in QLD and has experience in the valuation of most types of commercial, industrial, retail, rural, residential and service stations for a variety of purposes including acquisition, disposal, capital gains, GST, stamp duty, compulsory acquisition, family law, probate, mortgage security, finance reporting, and rental determination.
Fields of Specialised Expertise
Dennis also specialises in the Extractive Industry and Waste Management sector and provides valuation and consultancy advice on specialist properties including quarries, landfills, Alternate Waste Transfer (AWT) stations; concrete batch plants and bitumen batch plants.

Grahame Hollinshead AAPI

Grahame has over 15 years experience in the property valuation industry. He also has more general property development experience having previously been employed as a surveyor/development consultant in the late 1990s.
For the past ten years Grahame was employed by Roads & Maritime Services (RMS) and, since 2013 held the office of Property Acquisitions Manager for the RMS northern region of NSW (Grafton).
Grahame has an intricate knowledge of the Just Terms Act and the compulsory acquisition process. In his role as Property Acquisitions Manager with RMS Grahame was required to facilitate mediation and conflict resolution with affected landowners. He was required to participate in public meetings and consultation and manage time delivery of the corridor to enable the road infrastructure project to commence in accordance with contractual requirements.
Since joining Lunney Watt & Associates in 2018 Grahame has prepared a number of expert reports in legal proceedings.

Anthony has nearly 30 years experience practising as a real estate valuer having first practised in the industry in 1990. For the majority of this period he was the principal of Alford & Associates Valuers & Property Consultants (Blacktown). He has gained experienced in subsequent roles with corporate valuation practices including Landmark White (Divisional Director 2008-2009) and Knight Frank (Divisional Director and Shareholder 2009-2012).
Anthony has broad ranging experience across virtually all types of valuation matters. He also has some expertise in undertaking valuations for going concerns including:

Experience
Katrina has worked in property related roles since graduating in 1993. Since 1995 Katrina has worked within the property teams of Hawkesbury, Penrith and Blacktown Councils and has experience in the valuation of a wide range of property types including residential, rural-residential, commercial, industrial and retail properties. Katrina has been responsible for the assessment and negotiation of acquisition and disposal requirements in each Council to facilitate their public land requirements, and has been responsible for managing of Land and Environment Court matters.
Fields of Specialised Expertise
Katrina’s background in Local Government has proved to be a real advantage in undertaking work for Local Government Agencies given her knowledge of the Just Terms Act and pre-acquisition processes and procedures which are typically adopted by Local Government Agencies.
